PRODUCTION COORDINATIOR
Contract: Freelance, full-time (5 months, pro rata) Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday Rate: £14 per hour / £26,880 per annum (pro rata) Location: Remote working, with London-based attendance required during rehearsals, technical periods, and as necessary across productions.

Adrian Grant Productions is a theatre production company working across commercial and subsidised theatre. We produce high-quality work across multiple venues and scales, collaborating with a wide range of creative teams, performers, and partners. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Production Coordinator to support the delivery of several productions running concurrently.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a clear understanding of professional theatre production processes.
The Role
The Production Coordinator will work closely with Producers, General Management and creative teams to ensure the smooth administration and coordination of multiple productions from rehearsal through to performance.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Administration
● Support the Producer(s) and General Manager(s) across multiple productions.
● Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and key milestones.
● Prepare, update, and distribute rehearsal schedules, production schedules, and call sheets.
● Maintain accurate production files, trackers, and shared documentation.
● Assist with contracting administration, including issuing contracts and collating paperwork.
● Coordinate production meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
Company & Creative Team Support
● Act as a key point of contact for creatives and production teams.
● Support rehearsal processes, including scheduling, room bookings, and logistics.
● Assist with onboarding of company members, ensuring all required information is gathered.
● Coordinate travel, accommodation, and subsistence where required.
General
● Monitor inboxes and respond to production-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
● Ensure clear and consistent communication across all departments.
● Provide general production support as required across the slate of shows.
Person Specification
Essential
● Previous experience in a Production Coordinator, Assistant Producer, Stage Management, or similar role within theatre or live performance.
● Strong understanding of professional theatre production processes, including rehearsals and technical periods.
● Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● High level of attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
● Confidence working remotely.
● Proficiency in standard office software (e.g. Google Workspace).
● Availability to be London-based during rehearsals, technical periods, and as required.
Desirable
● Experience working across multiple productions concurrently.
● Knowledge of Equity, SOLT, or UK theatre working practices.
● Experience liaising with venues, agents, and suppliers.
● Familiarity with production scheduling tools and shared document systems.
● A calm, solutions-focused approach in high-pressure environments.
